Recording Studio – Paneling

I have begun working on the interior of the studio. I’m putting up the insulating panels. They’re called donnacona boards and they’re purported to be insulating for both heat and sound. I know it’s making me feel more snug as they go up.

You can just see the screws and washers that are holding them up while the glue cures. They’re so light that a bit of glue, or even caulking, will hold them in place. Washers definitely required or the screws would go right through the board.

I’m enjoying this.

YouTube – Time Management

We’re down to the last couple of stories in this series. When they’re done we’ll be moving on to stories by Kelly Link in her book, Stranger Things Happen.

Time Management is a flash fiction short story from the collection Quantum Shorts. Its quantum themes are the act of observation, time, the uncertainty principle and others. If time is affected by the uncertainty principle, then the more you know about the past, the less you can know about the future.
