Elgin, Fran and friends get to work improving things, and there’s a lot that needs improving on Green Comet.
This reading is chapter eighteen of The Francesians, book three in the Green Comet trilogy. The hospital is in terrible condition. That worries the Doctor because he can’t imagine how his peers could have allowed it to get so bad. Fran and Elgin can’t use their apartment because it’s been turned into a shrine. The others find that their places have been vandalised.
