This chapter is about nine-and-a-half minutes. The recording continues its measured pace. It’s looking as if I should be able to finish recording it before the new year. This chapter shows that things can get worse.

This is a bigger chapter. Exactly fifteen minutes. The recording is plodding along at a measured pace. If there are no surprises I might finish recording it in the week before the new year. This chapter takes us to Willie’s place of work on the sidewalk of a busy street. The grimy sidewalk is hard but the brick wall is warmed by the sun.

This is the smallest chapter yet. Barely over seven minutes. The recording is going well and there is just a slight possibility that it will be done before the end of the year. Yes, I’m slow. I choose to enjoy this instead of feeling obliged to get it done sooner. Go ahead and give a listen. It won’t take too long.

I might as well put up another chapter of the recording of Vin Stone – Night Soil. Since I’m not posting Okanagan Reader recordings for a while, I might as well post a few of the ones I am doing. Today’s reading is chapter six. It’s a short chapter that comes in at only about eight minutes.

There you go, then.

There won’t be an Okanagan Reader post this week because I have to start recording my novel Vin Stone – Night Soil. How about if, instead of posting a regular reading, I post the first chapter of this novel? That sounds like a great idea. Now, how do I do that again?

Oh, right. That was easy.
