This is Not My World, text version, is almost ready for release. The final presentation version waits until after I record the audiobook. One last pass of proofreading and, hopefully not much, editing. Reading out loud not only slows you down, it also lets you know if there are any awkward bits that will make the reader stumble. One does not want one’s readers to stumble.
This has been an enjoyable experience. After five Vin Stone novels, setting off on this different course was both refreshing and challenging. As things stand now, it doesn’t look like I will be visiting with Rod Fenwick any more. At least not with him as the main character in a novel. You never know, though.
