The kids back on Green Comet are different.
This reading is chapter thirty-four of Parasite Puppeteers, the second book in the Green Comet trilogy. Could it be that the infantile synaptic die-off is implicated in the changed perceptions of the children? Buzzard wants to know if they see shapes. The Doctor says no, but they do see more auras. They wonder if they will be able to relate to the children when they get back home.
