Update for those of you who saw my original Taking it Easy post.
I got my biopsy results this morning and they are negative. Something loosened inside me, even though I hadn’t realized that it was tight. What a nice way to start the day.-)

Vin Stone has Fran Huck and I have Mercedes Secor of Wolf Tree Coffee. Mercedes kindly let us into her roastery for a tour and a tasting yesterday, after I asked if she would so I could get some first-hand experience. Now when I write scenes in Fran Huck’s roastery for the Vin Stone series of novels, I can do it with much more verisimilitude. Also, I got to try some new brews and I think my next order might be the best yet.

The operation went smoothly, the results are as expected and recovery will be normal. Also, I had a lot of fun with the nurses. It was almost like being at a free spa.
